ArtifexAI×A national nonprofit
Three large cities, from their council recordings and foundation filings
A paid engagement, delivered · no property records
One national nonprofit needed to know what three large cities had said and funded on its issue, and which funders were active in each, before choosing where to work next.
Three grids, one for each city; each square is one council meeting the nonprofit can now search.
What the record showed
What three city councils said, and who funds work in each city
ArtifexAI transcribed the councils’ recorded meetings so the nonprofit can search them by project, and from about 1.5 million foundation tax returns built a page naming the funders active in each city, and the work took four weeks.
The opportunity
One page that shows where a city stands and who funds the work there
Each council’s words sit under the meeting where they were spoken, and each funder is named from its own tax return, so every line on the page can be checked. An organization deciding where to work next can see what a city’s council has said on its issue and which funders are active there before it commits, and none of it needs a property record. Any city that records its council meetings can be added the same way, from its own public record.
Ask this question for your organization.
A founder reads it and replies; the first answer comes from the cities’ own public record, before any contract.
