Purpose
Records are processed only to answer that government’s questions and to keep its own model current.
Where records live
Each government’s records sit in a copy kept for that government. [Hosting provider, region and any subprocessors to confirm.]
Return and deletion
A government’s records and its model are returned or deleted on request, and at the end of the engagement. [Confirm the timeline and whether a town can move its copy into its own cloud account.]
