Two models

A shared base model learns from public records alone. Each government’s own model is trained on that government’s records and belongs to that government, and nothing flows back from it into the shared model.

What the records are for

A government’s internal records are used only for that government’s work. They are never sold, never used for another client, and returned or deleted on request.

Citation or silence

Every answer carries the record it came from and the page within it. Where the record is silent, ArtifexAI gives no answer, and a field that cannot pass its accuracy check is removed.

A person in the loop

A person confirms each answer before it goes out.

People are not scored

ArtifexAI does not score individuals. Meeting speakers are never named, and owner and party names are left out of property pages unless a government asks for them.
